En 1994, Piet Fraussen fonde le Maasland Chapter à Rekem, Lanaken. Le nom Maasland Chapter est choisi. Le premier Limburg Chapter est un fait.
Le Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) est un club mondial de propriétaires de motos Harley-Davidson fondé en 1983 par Willy G. Davidson. Le club (environ 1 million de membres dans le monde) permet à Harley-Davidson de maintenir un contact direct avec ses clients. Le club est divisé en plusieurs chapitres régionaux (par exemple notre chapitre Maasland) liés aux concessionnaires officiels Harley-Davidson.
